Physical activity is the key to good health during pregnancy. It is recommended that a healthy pregnant women should engage in moderate exercise to help reduce the risk of complications during pregnancy. The beauty of yoga is that it helps the practitioner to feel at home. The more we visit this home, the more we feel connected and grounded. Pregnancy is a time of change and growth. Using our yoga practice while pregnant is a wonderful way to go inside and notice these changes. When we learn to trust our inner knowing, we start to follow these truths.
