Katrina is a 18 years old so she can relate to what a teenager may be experiencing. Katrina finished her teacher training certificate while she was in the midst of taking Grade 12. She has often commented on how yoga allowed her to face all the demands of her final year.
Join Katrina as she leads a dynamic practice of yoga. She will always finish the practice with a well deserved savasana so the student can leave feeling rested and ready to take on their evening.
