YOGA CENTRAL REFUND POLICY
Yoga Classes & Memberships
All classes are non refundable. Memberships are non refundable, except for medical reasons, in which case we may ask for a doctor’s note. Memberships and classes are also non-transferable, and may not be put on hold unless you are on auto pay. With Auto Pay you may put your membership on hold two times per year.
Immersions & Workshops
Registration deposits are non refundable. Immersion and workshops fees are refundable for medical reasons, and as a result of any changes or cancellations on our part. Any further queries regarding refunds for yoga classes, immersions, workshops or memberships can be directed to us at 780-439-0014.
We take pride in the products we offer and intend to give our customers the best return service possible. If you are not completely satisfied with our product, please contact us within 15 days at 780-439-0014 or by email email@example.com so that we can arrange to provide you with a replacement, exchange, credit or refund.
If you purchased items from our retail store at the studio, please return those new, unused and salable items directly to the studio. If you purchased online at yogacentral.ca please note that we may request you fill out a return form, after notifying us either by telephone or email, in order provide us and our suppliers with the reason or cause of your dissatisfaction. All returns must be unused and unworn.
After speaking with us, and filling out our return form, we will encourage you to return your items using a traceable method such as UPS, Fed Ex, or Canada Post Express Post (delivery confirmation) to help ensure the package has arrived. Yoga Central will not be responsible for packages lost in transit to us and will only assume responsibility once it is signed for.
